Customer Services Manager - Warrington - This role will be dealing with clients as they move into their new Homes. So 95% of the work will be out of the office. The role also covers the pre- moving in inspections and warranty of the homes. An ideal candidate will have performed a similar role or warranty role in another house builder or have come from a social housing*council background dealing with clients in their homes. A Customer Services Manager - Warrington - This role will be dealing with clients as they move into their new Homes. So 95% of the work will be out of the office. The role also covers the pre- moving in inspections and warranty of the homes. An ideal candidate will have performed a similar role or warranty role in another house builder or have come from a social housing*council background dealing with clients in their homes. A Tennant Liaison Officer may be suitable as they will have room to grow in the role. To manage customers through the Customer Journey with the assistance of the Customer Service Liaison Officer. Primarily based out on the Region dealing with customer queries and monitoring plot progress after build complete. Provide technical advice and solutions to defects raised by the customer during the warranty period and deal with customer queries raised from reservation. Inspect build complete plots at 10-day & 5-day prior to legal completion to ensure that plots have been finished to the required standard. To liase with site managers to ensure that items raised are attended too prior to legal completion. To attend with customers and provide Home Demonstrations and Handovers. Attend weekly Sales Build meetings to advise on plot progress after build complete. Deal with customer queries from exchange of contracts. Provide technical solutions to defects raised by customers after legal completion. Arrange for Mobile Repair Technicians & subcontractors to attend when necessary to reported defects and provide clear concise instructions to remedy those defects.
